Alonai Restaurant, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. The rooms met the criteria. It is really close to the airport.

We got a free bungalow upgrade and appreciated it. A few steps away from bit best in town, where you can have lunch. The location was next to everything we wanted to do...

Thought the hotel overpriced rubbish

The "hotel" was originally a development for elderly people and still partially is. They have no idea how to run a hotel. For instance no tea/coffee making facilities no hairdryer.

The bungalow was nice (minus our issues with the a/c dripping constantly) and could be used for a longer stay - had a small kitchenette which is nice when you do not want to go out in the evening.

We had multiple things wrong in our room. We returned from the beach to find that the a/c had leaked all over the bathroom. The a/c was constantly dripping while it was on and the maintenance people could not fix it. We even asked if they could change the bungalow, but they just told us that they could not. The hotel staff gave us the wrong remote control for the tv. The telephone and lights in the bedroom did not work. We had to ask multiple times for this to be fixed and we had to personally carry the remote to the reception to change it. Plus, we had to ask multiple times for an extra pillow. It would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid to wash dishes instead of buying our own.

The breakfast was very poor, nothing to do with heath, no choice and only for 2 nights, and I was was staying 3 nights,

close to local shops and bars 10 min walk either direction . supermarket on site prices seem to be very good compared against others in area.Swimming pool lovely and clean although a little on the cold side when we stayed , the sea was warmer !!!!! a very nice relaxing place to stay very peaceful and quiet . The bungerlow was cleaned daily and towels changed aswell and we stayed [sc] Not a complaint but you would need a kettle and toaster these items not supplied plus no washing up liquid or towels for crockery.

Reception staff and pool staff were great. Very helpful always. So were the cleaning ladies.Because we were staying 3 days we would have appreciated being able to buy small amounts if soap powder for the washing machine and dishwashing liquid instead of only buying regular quantities at the supermarket.The rooms were good and price reasonable. Next time we would request a unit facing the sun for sitting outside, but other than that it was great.Parking for our rental car was handy and reasonably priced at 4 euros a day. I think a car is essential because of the distance to the beach and other areas like Santa Pola.

excellent resort with great services and very good location. great value for the money paid. definetely recommend.

The bungalows were quite spacious and the gardens and swimming pool area very well kept.

The bungalows did not have an adequate inventory for a self catering holiday.No kettle, toaster, wine glasses, cooking utensils etc.Also, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi complex could not be used by guests unless each guest paid an additional 15 euros per day. This really should be pointed out when booking this resort.

Nice and big bungalow.

Very bad location, 4 km from the beach. Fences, walls and locked gates all over, made me feel that I should have something to fear. Hotel guests were not allowed in the "social club" and parts of the pool-area. The public transportation was an insult; one taxidriver laughed and said it made him rich... Nobody spoke english exept the receptionists. The "Shopping-area" was one grocery store, one souvenir-shop and one art-shop.. We lived close to the cafe, and there was extreme noise from the ventilator/air-condition all day. The gates were also very noisy when they closed. Most terrasses were facing north, so there were no sun there.

Loved the friendly atmosphere,the helpful staff,phone calls direct to your room,transport outside the resort bus and train, The bungalow was spacious and well positioned for all facilities .We absolutely loved staying there,and will come again.The hair salon was excellent too.

it was very relaxing and quiet . u can cook u're own food if u like there's a supermarket inside the complex but u'll miss the great dinner and lunches at the alonai restaurant . the exterior pool is very good . the staff is friendly

no hairdryer , breakfast could use a little variation .

There were many things I did not like about this place and they will not answer my enquiery as to how I can complain.I consider it a big rip off.If the manager reads this then maybe he will have the decency to contact me so I can inform them of our experience at this place.

fui por segunda vez el pasado finde y en cuanto a las instalaciones todo bien, el bungalow muy limpio y amplio, la piscina estupenda, el entorno limpio y cuidado...

Un detalle de lo más curioso. La primera vez que estuvimos nos ofrecieron hacer voluntariamente un reconocimiento médico a uno de los ocupantes del bungalow (algo así como un detalle del resort). En esta segunda ocasión nos dijeron que era OBLIGATORIO o en caso contrario el precio se incrementaría en un 75%. Nos negamos dado que en ningun punto de las condiciones de la reserva estaba así reflejado, ya dimos la queja oportuna allí y si escribo esto es para informar a futuros huespedes que es totalmente ilegal que te obliguen a tal cosa a no ser que esté expresado así en las condiciones de la reserva y uno lo haya aceptado así.

Good Pool, size of rooms, quiet, Supermarket on site, Close to Airport.. the weather

Rooms were new and although clean they lacked character, were not fully equipped (no phone, no air con remote, no tv remote no clothes dryer)and the TV reception was poor. The balcony furniture had not been cleaned. Car Parking, difficult unless you pay. You do need a car.
